It just felt right at the Disch last night. Texas  (13-6) hosted Texas A&M (14-4) on Tuesday night at the Disch in front of a sold out crowd, and it was fantastic! The energy was tremendous, and the support for our ball club sent nostalgic chills down my spine. The game was scoreless for the first three frames. The Aggies scored first in the top of the 4th, but could only muster one run. The Longhorns jumped out to a 3-1 lead in the bottom of the 4th. Kacy Clemens continues to stay dialed in at the plate. Clemens went 2 for 3 against the Aggies pitching, delivering on an RBI single, a double and earning a walk. Nick Kennedy was the pitcher of record and earned his third win of the season. Chase Shugart came on in relief to close down the game and earn the save (2). The Longhorns host a 3-game series against the Red Raiders on Friday and look to continue playing solid baseball.
