Tuesday night at the Frank C. Erwin Jr. Center the Texas Men’s Basketball team endured another loss in a close game to the Kansas State Wildcats with the final being 71-64. 

Longhorns lead at halftime with a 4-point lead, but the Wildcats took command of the second half by going on an 8-0 run followed by a 9-0 run. 

Texas senior Kerwin Roach lead the team in scoring with 17-points and also lead the team in rebounds with a total of 8. Sophomore Matt Coleman III led the team with 5 assists. 

Kansas State has now beaten all team in the Big 12 conference in order. In 9 losses, Texas has lost by a margin of 6-points or less.  

Texas will host Oklahoma State on Saturday Feb 16 at 12p.m. at the Frank C. Erwin Jr. Center.
